Design
The use of powerful computer programs such as B-JAC from Aspen Tech, and other programs that we have developed ourselves, guarantee the design data of our products, and support rapid response to your enquiries.
Dimensions and Weights
Great depth in production and modern equipment allow us to execute orders with great flexibility, within the constraints of the following dimensions and weights.
- Diameters up to 4000 mm
- Length up to 15 ms
- Total weight up to 100 t
- Operating pressure up to 500 bar
The design depends on the properties of the materials you want to use and of the fluids that will be involved in operating the process.
Materials
- Structural steels in accordance with EN 10025
- Fine-grained structural steel in accordance with EN 10028-3 (P355NL etc.)

- SVTI-Switzerland
- UDT-Poland
- GOST
- Lloyds Register of Shipping
- German Lloyd
- Det Norske Veritas
Our staff will be happy to inform you about the available regulation sets. We would also be pleased to supply you with the CAD drawings electronically. The process examination reports necessary for welding are available, and are continuously updated through working examinations.
