APL is part of the industrial division of the Pletzer group of companies, which is 100% owned and under the personal management of the Pletzer family, and which has more than 400 employees. The company group also includes a construction / domestic engineering division and a project development / property division.

Pletzer industry employs 150 workers, and consists, in addition to APL, of
   ABH Thermo GmbH, a sales and engineering subsidiary in Vienna active in the heat and power engineering fields,
   IDM Energiesysteme GmbH, a leading manufacturer of alternative heating systems specialising in heat pumps and solar power, and of
   FASTI GmbH, a highly specialised manufacturer of high-tech cooling and drying machines for granulate and process drying in the plastics industry.
